Not only is it shiny, tin foil may be more useful than originally proposed. Tin foil hats, anyone? This guy says no.

Also, i think I'm going to wrap some presents with foil this year. It's two gifts in one!
Well, the MIT research suggest that tin foil actually *amplifies* the brain waves, instead of blocking them. Like a big antenae.
I particularly like the Centurion design.
